More Cornwall

I have read about the special light here in the southwest of Cornwall, I always thought it was a load of high-brow codswallop but after experiencing rain, mist, rainbows and sunshire in differing amounts you could say I am beginning to see the light or maybe even get the picture.

Cornwall has been a delight, St Ives is a little too twee for me, I imagine it is mad in season, it was good to see The Lost Gardens of Helligan after watching their resurection on TV in the early 90s and Falmouth and its Maritime Museum took a full day of rain dodging.
People here are so friendly not at all what I have come to expect, this could be subject to another visit when the weather is a little kinder.
